You can request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

We may also consider refunds for duplicate charges, accidental charges, or serious technical issues that prevent normal use of XContent.

Canceling a subscription stops future billing, but it does not automatically refund past charges.

All refund requests are reviewed case by case.

Refunds may be denied for abusive or fraudulent requests, or where there has already been substantial use of the service.
